Responsible for creating vendor purchase orders, processing AP transactions, interfacing with CBRE vendors, and assisting with budget creation and forecasting.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESCoordinates the timely creation of purchase orders and processing of standard AP transactions (vendor invoices), working closely with Facilities Management leaders. Utilizes CBRE's financial management system to process transactions.Researches vendor invoices and payment inquiries and interfaces with vendors to resolve invoicing or purchase order inquiries/issues. Maintains relationships with key vendors to enable efficient processing.Assists Facilities Management leaders with budget creation & adherence and plays a key role in budget forecasting, specifically related to 3rd party (vendor) spend.Serves as a key liaison between Facilities Management leaders (operations) and Finance, ensuring 'checks and balances' between each group.Other duties as assigned.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESNo formal supervisory responsibilities in this position.

Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages.
