WSP USA has an exceptional opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing and Proposal team in South Florida, supporting the Southeast region! This position can be located in Miami or Fort Lauderdale. The marketing team is a collaborative group, and the successful candidate must be able to work independently and as part of that team.
Additionally, they will be energetic, willing to learn, able to work well under deadline pressure while juggling multiple deadlines and interacting professionally with company leadership, marketing staff and a diverse group of planning, engineering, and other technical professionals.
This is a deadline-driven environment. Candidates should have flexibility to work extra hours to accommodate those deadlines.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Southeast Region Marketing Manager, Local Area Marketing Manager and several technical leaders, participating in the development of marketing materials, proposals and presentations.
Coordinate persuasive, quality proposals which are compliant with RFP requirements; write marketing portions; coordinate graphic design and format page layout
Interact professionally with company leadership, marketing staff and a diverse group of planning, engineering, and other technical professionals.
Other duties relating to marketing and business development as assigned

HS Diploma or equivilant
5+ years of A/E/C marketing experience required for professional services and/or related industries.
Proficiency with a variety of computer software and desktop publishing programs and possess strong writing, editing and computer skills (Microsoft Office, Adobe InDesign)
Member of a professional practice organization
Effective verbal communication and organizational skills
Detail oriented with an emphasis on quality work products
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good time management skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once
Self-direction with exceptional follow through and ability to take ownership of assignments
Willing to work overtime when necessary
Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct and adhere to WSP’s Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures
Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP’s health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies
Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Business or Marketing is strongly preferred.
