About the Position:
Hiring for a Director of Operations, to be based in Fargo, ND. Responsible for the direction and operations of the residential homebuilding general contracting arm of the company including the oversight of all aspects of design, purchasing and estimating. Future plans include the development and operation of the multifamily sector of the company.
Applicants must have at least 8 years of experience as Project Manager and/or Superintendent for a General Contractor.
Applicants must have at least 5 years of experience in GC Operations.
Applicants must have a project portfolio that includes luxury custom homes and preferably multifamily apartments.
Applicants should have a 4 year degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
Applicants should have an entrepreneurial spirit, inventive thinking and a history of strategic planning.
