WSP is currently initiating a search for a Digital Integration Manager to be based at our Sacramento, CA program office.
Under the general direction of the Deputy Director Network Integration and Program Compliance, this position is responsible for providing specialized management and technical knowledge in the design, development, and implementation of the Program-wide Digital Information Integration strategy, by providing governance on digital data management and support to technology systems management. The position will support the integration between people, practices, and products (data and digital information, Track and Systems (T&S), High-Speed Rail Trainsets, civil infrastructure, Operation Control, and Finance) during life-cycle stages of the program and with all relevant parties.
The position will also be responsible to align and update the Asset Management Office’s ongoing Digital Strategy in alignment with program delivery. This will be to confirm that there is an accurate digital representation of physical assets, as construction and procurements progress and to progressively transition it to a Program Digital strategy. This will allow the Authority to not only interface and exchange digital data between the Authority and its contractors, but also with state authorities and eventual third parties as other interfacing transportation means.
This position will work as part of a team of experts to deliver the development and implementation of digital integration policies, strategies, and data in relation to the California High-Speed Rail systems, including civil assets, right-of-way, maintenance-of-way, safety and security systems, traction power, overhead contact systems, train control systems, passenger information, ticketing, and finance transactions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Engage and Foster a community of digital stakeholders within the Authority and also with contracted or third-party partners and institutions during the procurement processes and early contractual phases.
Update and Lead implementation of the digital strategy and integration. Engage and collaborate closely with the Authority’s Information Technology and contractors/partners.
Review and Advise on data and technology management related processes, standards, and enterprise architecture submitted by T&S contractors during the procurement process and early contractual phases.
Facilitate data governance, data collection, and data management, with a specific focus on the Asset registry for civil contracts (Construction Packages 1-4) and for all asset and asset related data and artifacts.

Bachelor's Degree in a related field
Interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to present complex technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
Understanding of Organizational Change Management
