D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for a*_Contract Administrator_*for their Sales and Marketing Department. The right candidate will be responsible fordirecting activities concerned with contracts by performing the duties listed below.

*Essential Duties and Responsibilities*
* Upload, process and maintain all sales contracts
* Coordinate closing schedule and distribute
* Process and distribute all amendments
* Upload and process terminations/cancellations
* Print and maintain Houses-in-Progress report
* Process all earnest money and option money
* Negotiate contract terms

*Education and/or Experience*
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
