As a premier provider of management, engineering, information technology, and logistics services, STF is committed to delivering high-quality systems engineering, technical and professional support services that meet and exceed deliverable requirements.STF offers superior out-of-the-box solutions to end-to-end problems and customer-centric support to the United States Government, Military, Department of Defense (DoD), and other federal agencies.Job SummaryProgram management and acquisition for the MIDS Program OfficeResponsibilities and DutiesWorking knowledge of a wide range of contract types, methods, and techniques, and ability toprovide recommendation in applying innovative ways to achieve better value procurement tosupport project missions Experience in supporting contract management of government contracts and subcontracts inaccordance with company policies and procedures, applicable laws, and customer requirements Experience in tracking and monitoring contract changes, deliverables, correspondence and risks, and maintaining associated documentation Experience in the management of all aspects of preaward and postaward activities relating tocomplex costreimbursement & commercially priced Government contracts Experience in the review and evaluation of industry cost/price proposals and responding to costissues/questions during negotiations Experience in supporting contract administration and closeout of complex contracts, to includeconducting audits of Delivery Orders and recommending close out Ability to serve as the senior specialist point of contact and lead business authority for contractissues Experience in evaluating and reviewing contract terms and conditions for contracts to ensurerequirements are supporting project missionsQualifications and SkillsRequired knowledge and years of experienceMinimum eight (8) years of experience in a Government Acquisition Program Office with experience in the following areas Government contracts Managing cross functional teams Business ManagementEducation Requirements Bachelor's degree from an accredited fouryear college or university in business, sciences, politicalscience or contracts, Master's degree preferred.CertificationsDefense Acquisition University (DAU) Level III or equivalent PMPClearance RequirementSecret Clearance RequiredBenefits and PerksAt STF, we recognize that talented employees are the foundation of our success.
