Position OverviewThe HRIS Manager is an integral part of the HR team responsible for the governance, delivery, service levels, and maintenance of various information technology applications including our Human Capital Management system, Workday. Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop the HR Technology roadmap and lead implementation of new HR technologies for the organization.Direct daily support function operations to ensure that exemplary customer service is delivered to all associates.Serve as an interface between customers and functional team members to ensure effective definition of and deliver of HRIT applications.Provide proactive approaches using the company's HRIT to solve business needs/problems while also enhancing the understanding and acceptance of the HRIT capabilities.Provide overall prioritization of work assignments and management of functional team resources and their activities.Work with the Centers of Excellence and business to configure changes in Workday.Partners with configuration resources at Workday and third-party consulting firms by initiating cases, testing changes in sandbox, reviewing business process changes, and approving for production, etc.Manage the reporting of Human Resources information and establish procedures for processing and maintaining employee data.May be responsible for software and hardware selection as they relate to HRIT.Develop /create standard or custom reports. Work with Subject Matter Experts to create custom reports and various dashboards.Responsible for the maintenance and ongoing administration of the Human Resources Information System to support short-term and long- term goals.Oversee Master Data Management related to people information maintained in the HR systems.Maintains data integrity in the HRIS, regularly coordinates data audits, system implementations, upgrades, modifications and clean-up efforts.Develops and distributes communications to users regarding instructions, system outages and other changes.Successfully completes requests for data correction, organization moves, position updates; as well as any other Workday related requests.Trains new HR team users on Workday functionality (including system security, user access and system changes) by creating and utilizing job aids and various documents.Identifies and creates Workday user job aids as needed for employees.Partners with HR leaders to develop Workday enabled solutions by providing functional and technical requirements, implementing solutions and coordinate or lead projects as needed.Actively participate in Workday local user groups, and other Workday related groupsOther duties as assigned.Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience required.Minimum seven years experience in HR systems including Experience required in Workday "Human Capital Management" (HCM) reporting and configuration.Advanced Workday training in HCM, reporting, business process and security highly desired.Workday certification preferred (i.e., Core HCM, Reporting, Payroll, etc.).Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite.Strong analytical skills required.Ability to work in a fast-paced corporate environment.Strong detailed and conceptual thinking skills to analyze complex problems and propose solutions despite technical and operational constraints.Skilled in communicating complex analytical solutions to HR and other stakeholders.PDN-SMR0022794
