AMEWAS, Inc. is seeking highly motivated and talented Operations Workforce Analyst to support the AMEWAS Corporate Headquarters.
This position is classified as AMEWAS labor category Operations Specialist.
A typical day as an Operations Workforce Analyst may include:
The Direct Workforce Development Analyst will work with senior operations personnel (PMs, OMs, etc.) as well as with customers to identify and help fill critical staffing, training, and teambuilding gaps. Participates in workforce planning and/or forecasting (i.e. scenario planning, staffing models, etc.) to satisfy existing and projected direct workforce requirements.
Conduct staffing needs analysis for each contract to identify skill and performance gaps. Track data, report on metrics, and provide feedback and recommendations to leadership. Works within the Operations Leadership and Planning staff to influence decision-making regarding human capital strategy with a particular focus on employee listening, culture measurement, and capabilities deployment. Manages requests from Program Managers and Operations Managers for analyses of required vs available talent, customer satisfaction survey results interpretation, C-Suite dashboards content, and communications of analyzed data. Surveys management and performs statistical staffing capabilities analytics.
Work closely with Training Coordinator ensuring current training programs are effective, and identify possible training gaps.
Develop communication plans with customers and prospective candidates of program requirements and job opportunities.
Utilizing knowledge of specialized qualifications and staffing, effectively targets candidate search and recruiting activities satisfy contract requirements.
Minimum of 5 to 8 years of work experience in oversight of technical, multi-disciplined workforce
Bachelors in Science or Engineering
The ability to obtain and maintain a DoD SECRET security clearance

Physical environment and working conditions:
The physical environment requires the employee to work in an office, sitting in a cubicle or at a desk, looking at a computer for most of the workday. Work is physically comfortable. The employee has discretion about walking, standing, etc.
The employee may be required to walk short distances to offices/conference rooms and buildings on site. In some occasions, the employee may be required to drive to offices or buildings near the work site. In rare occasions, travel may be required.
