$29,000 - $35,000 depending on experience

High school diploma plus 2 years’ experience providing clerical support and customer support or associate degree preferred.
Advanced computer skills; intermediate/advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint), and experience working with PDFs
Detail oriented and able to follow and carry out complex instructions
Must be able to maintain the highest level of discretion with confidential and sensitive information
Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment with constant interruptions
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Bilingual Spanish speaking skills
Experience working with diverse groups, including persons with disabilities
