As the Director, Product Management, you will lead digital product across the enterprise for the next evolution of CVSH's virtual care offerings. You will collaborate closely with partners in Transformation, MinuteClinic, Caremark, Aetna, and across multiple shared service and digital teams. You will help define the solution, set direction, build the roadmap, define KPIs and ultimately deliver the solution. You will also work closely with the enterprise digital team and a wide range of operations, marketing and other partners to ensure a seamless consumer experience for the end user across this new product and CVS Health's existing suite of virtual care and broader digital assets. You will collaborate closely with UX on early prototypes of the product which will be tested with consumers and developed within a scaled agile environment. Responsibilities: * Take end-to-end ownership of a new consumer digital product, set direction, and successfully deliver results in close collaboration with small core cross-functional team in a dynamic and complex environment* Define the product strategy, roadmap, KPIs and other elements required to deliver and enhance a best-in-class digital consumer experience. * Understand business partner vision and strategy, ensure business and digital leadership are aligned on product priorities and the definition of success, and help translate that vision into roadmap covering MVP and subsequent product iterations which encompass user feedback, actual results, and forward-looking business opportunities * Produce product updates and summary information for enterprise partners, surfacing gaps, resource constraints, and trade-offs when necessary* Become an expert in the lives of our target consumers including their current needs and pain points and the solutions they're using today* Work closely with Transformation, digital, IT, pharmacy operations, legal, marketing, customer service, UX and other stakeholders to align strategy and bring products to market viao Passionate, inspired leadershipo Energetic partnering and relationship development across the enterpriseo Regularly, impactful communication of progress and outcomes* Ensure appropriate acceptance criteria and testing of products prior to launch* Manage product backlog to meet goals and manage stakeholder needs* Work with adoption team members to establish a product marketing strategy* Art-of-the-possible: bring expertise to bear and establish thought leadership based on information gleaned from competitive intelligence and lessons lened* Work collaboratively as part of the Digital team, including indirect/direct oversight and mentorship of more junior team members * Note: initially this role will not have direct reports. As the team grows, it is envisioned that the Director will onboard additional product managers to support him/her and to work within agile scrum teams.Required Qualifications* 8+ years professional experience with at least 4+ years digital product management experience, preferably within health care* Analytical and quantitative skills, including the ability to link product design and features to strategic objectives, and to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and recommendations* History of leading complex projects involving multiple matrixed workgroups across a large endeavor/organization * History of leading complex projects involving multiple matrixed workgroups across a large initiative and/or organization * High attention to detail* Deep understanding of consumer behavior, including digital behaviors, combined with creativity and nimbleness to deal with complexity and to quickly identify potential solutions and sources of value* Passion for digital and how technology and innovation can meaningfully drive engagement, empowerment, and the overall consumer experience and drive the company's objectives * Ability to adapt to changing priorities, be decisive under ambiguity, and meet compressed timelines* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate complicated concepts and recommended courses of action to engage diverse audiences and influence senior executives* Ability to manage within a complex, matrixed environment * Flexible, passionate, self-motivatedPreferred Qualifications* 10+ years professional experience with 5+ years digital product management experience * Experience with digital innovation and ideation; preferably has brought a new product to market* Consumer-centric orientation with proven track-record of developing and acting on customer insights based on programs optimized for digital* Entrepreneurial, out-of-the-box thinker who is intellectually curious with a strong work ethic* Executive presence and the ability to influence across functions and at all levels of an organization* Demonstrated ability to work independently, lead initiatives, establish strong working relationships, as well as partnering interdependently as required* Experience in leadership involving direct, indirect, and non-reports* Experience working with telemedicine and electronic health records (E.g., EPIC, Cerner, blue button) a plusEducation* Bachelor's Degree Required* Master's or other Advanced Degree preferredBusiness OverviewIt's a new day in health care.Combining CVS Health and Aetna was a transformative moment for our company and our industry, establishing CVS Health as the nation's premier health innovation company.
