CVS is hiring an Advisor of Pricing Configuration and Testing reporting to the Sr. Manager of Underwriting and Analytics. This role is responsible for all pricing configuration for the IngenioRx division and will partner with the underwriting, Account Management and network teams to ensure operational excellence.This position supports key pricing setup and deployment strategies by utilizing strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail and process excellence. This ensures system pricing across all functions of the PBM are set up accurately, while also being updated and tested on a regular basis. We need an Advisor to lead vast, sophisticated PBM pricing strategies and pricing deployment crafted to meet the business needs of CVS Health, IngenioRx and IngenioRx's customers! Being successful in this position requires possessing and maintaining an authoritative knowledge of CVS Health's systems and IngenioRx pricing terms. An ideal candidate will possess the aptitude or have confirmed their ability to operate in a complex matrix setting by collaborating with partners across the division to ensure successful pricing deployment. Having a track record of demonstrating the skill vital to manage complex data in Excel and processes to provide business success is essential! It is important to demonstrate a high level of consistency and expertise in using logic and analytic skills to advise client analysis in response to specific business questions and be able to communicate the findings, including methodology and estimated outcomes. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:- Pricing configuration planning, submissions and testing across Commercial, Medicaid, Exchange and Medicare segments- Timeliness, accuracy, and compliance of system pricing to contractual obligations.- Deep understanding of client contract commitments. Maintain processes to ensure strong compliance to contractual terms and conditions- Establish and cultivate strong knowledgebase of all CVS and IngenioRx systems and processes utilized in the pricing setup process- Testing during pricing deployment activities to ensure accuracy- Develop and manage relationships with Underwriting, Networks, Sales and Account Management- Understand needs of IngenioRx team and collaborate cross-functionally to develop and execute pricing deployment within CVS systems- Work with internal partners to improve standard operating procedures utilized by the division- Ability to work independently a high percentage of the time in a fast-paced environment and handle tight target dates with appropriate level of delegation to team members- Participate in client meetings as needed and requestedOur vision of a successful candidate will have validated experience developing and executing system testing capabilities to meet existing and future business needs.
