Job DescriptionThe Senior Advisor, Market Analysis, will analyze new market opportunities including: joint venture partnerships, product enhancements, inorganic targets, and growth tactic opportunities. The Senior Advisor will independently evaluate Transformation growth opportunities and to make clear and actionable recommendations that include both strategic and economic considerations. The Senior Advisor will also facilitate partnership negotiations with other healthcare providers and industry stakeholders.The Senior Advisor will lead the analysis for new market opportunities including: joint venture partnerships, product enhancements, inorganic targets, and growth tactic opportunities. They will also create the management process to identify key revenue and cost inputs as well as quantify potential risk factors and evaluate impact. The Sr Advisor will be responsible for executive presentations to company leaders including BPC members and willwork closely with cross functional deal teams to understand puts and takes of specific transactions and quantify sensitivity analyses for each transaction. They will represent the business in negotiating key terms and provide the deal team (partnership, finance, legal, operations) with ranges and risks around options within a particular opportunity as well provide benchmarks based on previous explorations or transactions.The Sr Advisor will negotiate business venture terms with joint venture provider partners and stakeholders andexecute diverse special projects related to the growth of the business.Required Qualifications* 5+ years of experience and technical/functional expertise in strategy, product development, analysis or healthcare.* Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically modeling in ExcelPreferred QualificationsRelated work experienceEducationBachelor's degree requiredMaster's degree preferredBusiness OverviewIt's a new day in health care.
