Job DescriptionAt CVS Health, we have an exciting opportunity as an Accounting Consultant within the Store Operations Finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for the development and administration of certain finance systems, applications, and databases including new/upgrade implementation, training and development. You will work as part of a collaborative team to support critical applications used by our Sales Audit, Banking, and Settlement Reconciliation department. The ideal candidate for this position has a good work ethic, outstanding organizational and communications skills, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic workplace. Additional responsibilities include: - Monitor Data integrity and security insuring compliance to regulatory and privacy laws, process improvements, troubleshooting, BCP, SOX, etc. - Responsible for performing basic administrative and tracking tasks related to, Flash Sales, cash loss, consulting, non-exempt hours, supplies, myIT, and other programs undertaken by the department. - Develop and implement solutions for potential issues and opportunities - Clearly and accurately verbalize with internal and external customersRequired Qualifications2+ Years accounting/analytical experiencePreferred Qualifications2+ Years Retail experienceHands on accounting application (technical) experience Knowledge of Trintech software products Application implementation experienceIntermediate Microsoft Knowledge: Excel, Word, AccessProblem solving skillsCustomer service skillsTechnical knowledge in database logicEducationBachelor's degree required Degree in Business Administration with concentration in Accounting or Finance preferredBusiness OverviewIt's a new day in health care.
