We are looking for Pharmacy Services Representatives with a heightened sensitivity to the needs of our patients. This team manages their patient population from entry through shipment. The team handles all aspects of patient servicing, including areas of data entry, customer service, tech and insurance (Benefits Verification). The goal of this team is to work directly with the manufacturer to provide remarkable customer service to our patients. To do this, we must ensure we are driving efficiencies in our process to reduce turnaround time, be dedicated to quality and accurate work, and consistently provide excellent customer service in every interaction. Hours of operation for the call center are Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM.Required Qualifications- One year phone experience in a pharmacy or call center environment.- Six months customer service experience.- Six months computer experience in a Windows based system.Preferred Qualifications- Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.- Attention to detail and accuracy.- Attention to customer focus to ensure patients and referral sources are responded to with accurate and timely information.- Ability to work in teams and coordinate efforts to ensure timely completion of work assignments.- Ability to make decisions and resolve issue.EducationHigh School diploma or equivalentBusiness OverviewIt's a new day in health care.
