Job DescriptionThe Pharmacy Data Warehouse & Channel Offer orchestration is looking for an accomplished Microservice Engineer with previous experience designing high operations systems Engineer will drive the real time data integration solutions that are consistent with enterprise standards. Create and provide direction and oversight for data integration on the design of micro service consumer and producer logics. Interface with upstream system architects, developers and program managers to resolve data issues and drive capture of data needed by business customers. Evolve and support the basic tenets of good architecture. The Technical Lead works on one or more projects at all stages of the system lifecycle (define, design, and build). As a Lead Microservice/API developer, candidate will participate in all aspects of the API development lifecycle which includes estimating, technical design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment and support of application developed for retail channel management* Design, develop and implement Retail channel management applications * Develop internal applications for pharmacy data warehouse* Design software architecture based on business requirements, strategy and priorities* Promote software engineering best practices via code reviews, building tools and documentation* Be nimble and react quickly to changing business conditions* Leverage your existing skills while learning and implementing new technologies* Work with project managers, business partners, IT developers and QA engineers to own your solution from development to productionRequired Qualifications* 5+ years of designing and writing micro services and exposing REST APIs in spring boot, spring cloud, spring JPA* 7+ years of Java development experience* Experience with Maven or gradle build, Git lab and Jenkins* Deployment experience in various SDLC environments* Docker preferred* Optimization of through put and payload with service* Excellent understanding of RESTful web service patterns* Exposure to pivotal cloud foundry preferredPreferred QualificationsExperience with JMS (Kafka preferred)EducationBachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.Business OverviewIt's a new day in health care.
