Provide on-site support to meet program and project management and planning and analysis responsibilities, which shall include: assisting in milestone planning and tracking, evaluation of program schedules, and deliverable tracking. Tracking the specifics of Command program and project progress, identifying problems and challenges and recommending and supporting the implementation of solutions to ensure project completion. Provide program management support to Government personnel and programs that support the Command.
Support the efficient organization, tracking, management and planning of the NSWC IHEODTD technical data repositories and technical libraries to include the proper management, tracking, handling, control, and storage of unclassified and classified technical documents. Provide project management documentation assistance for project plans, configuration management, manufacturing plans, project schedules, risk management, project reviews, workload planning & analysis, resource planning and analysis, bill of materials, earned value management and associated desk guides.
