The Law firm of Gordon & Partners is seeking to add a VA Disability attorney to join our fast based team. This full time position will require you to provide a high level of service to our clients while demonstrating a high level of integrity, accountability, and team commitment.
The job will require travel.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Preparing for a client's hearing by analyzing the cases and interpreting the laws
Conducting pre-hearings with clients to review case information and advise clients of court processes
Evaluating findings and developing strategies and arguments for case presentation
Representing clients in court regarding their VA disability claim
Assisting VA team members with questions and client concerns
***Compensation is commensurate with experience, ability, and results
***Willing to relocate the right candidate

We are looking for a candidate that is motivated, has superior task management and organizational skills, is detail oriented, and has strong oral and written communication skills. Successful candidates will have two or more years of VA disability representation experience.

We are currently seeking a hardworking, motivated and professional individual with at least 2 years of experience for a Litigation Paralegal position with a successful multi-practice law firm located in Palm Beach Gardens.
Preferred availability is immediate; however, we want all candidates to provide adequate notice to his/her employer if currently employed.

Strong litigation skills, highly organized, and detail oriented
Able to work at a fast pace with a moderate size case volume
Draft correspondence, complaints, motions, notices, discovery, as well as other pleadings and closing statements
Commitment to provide friendly, quality service to our clients as well as a commitment to be respectful of your colleagues
Communicate with doctors, experts and judicial personnel
Monitor deadlines and other general legal support
Must have a working knowledge of Client Profiles/Adderant, Westlaw and Lexis is preferred.
Candidates must be able to independently perform tasks including review/index documents, electronically file pleadings, prepare responses to discovery and perform all tasks commonly required of a paralegal.
