We are looking for a hands-on leader to direct our maintenance team. We need somebody that has problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Can you fix anything and have a desire to help others learn? If so, we would love to visit with you. We are a great company to work for that values the contributions from our team members. Our molding plant consists of 10 molding machines of various sizes. We mold beaded foam products into a myriad of different shapes and products. We make pharmaceutical shipping containers, surfboards, protective packaging, automotive products, and so much more. We need a solid maintenance leader that can upgrade our existing equipment, install new equipment, and keep the plant running efficiently. You would work directly for the General Manager and would be considered part of the management team. Must possess the ability (not necessarily experience) to troubleshoot and repair foam molding equipment. We understand that there are very few candidates with direct EPS foam molding experience. We can train and help grow your knowledge.
Must have an understanding and experience with some combination of the following: steam systems, water systems, hydraulic components, pneumatic components, vacuum systems, pumps, electricity, electronics, control systems. An engineering mind with the ability to turn wrenches would be awesome.
This is a hands-on maintenance position. We also want somebody that can supervise, mentor, and train subordinates.

Marko Foam is a privately-held, family owned business. We are a manufacturer of foam products that serve many different industries. We make everything from surfboards to military packaging and components. We are very diverse and serve the following industries - Medical, pharmaceutical, automotive, construction, consumer goods, sporting goods, toys, military, and others. We operate two manufacturing facilities in Utah. One is a fabricating facility where we operate saws, die-cutters, laminators, box-makers etc. The other facility is a molding facility where we mold custom and stock products like pharmaceutical insulating containers, surfboards, protective packaging, etc. Many of our employees have 10-20 years of tenure. We are often looking for skilled candidates in our maintenance and tooling departments.
