Job Description

Merakey is currently seeking a Full Time Regional Director to join Merakey in our IDD Community based program throughout Escondido, CA.

POSITION DETAILS

  • This position is the overall operational leader of the residential programs as assigned; provides supervision to team members to ensure high level of fidelity and maintain Merakey mission.
  • Facilitate ongoing assessment, evaluation, and planning of programs.
  • Identify opportunities for growth, development and improvement within programs and between other service lines that enhance the coordination of service delivery.
  • Implement program procedures and practices that incorporate sound clinical practices and comply with laws, regulations, and prevailing standards of care.
  • Assure development of client treatment plans.
  • Supervise Team members in order to ensure high levels of fidelity to the model and maintain the Merakey mission.
