Description: Responsible for providing education and increasing health plan awareness by contributing to, executing and monitoring strategic plans which include community outreach, member education, and relationship building.
Achieve member satisfaction targets
Clearly articulate value proposition for Mail Handlers Benefit Plans (MHBP)
Work with leadership team to identify and prioritize key agencies for engagement to support MHBP members and promote health plan presence.
Develops and maintains a favorable relationship with agencies where there is high percentage of MHBP members.
Contributes to the development of short and long-term strategies and targeted initiatives for member engagement in their assigned geography.
Facilitates and attends outreach activities, special events, enrollment meetings, and presentations in a specific region based on strategy and cost/benefit analysis outlined by the strategy manager and relationship manager to support of the health plan's goals
Ensures adequate materials are available to participants as appropriate.
Maintains compliance with the FEHBP guidelines and regulations.
Obtains contact information (consent to contact cards, email addresses, etc.) at all events and ensures they are appropriately documented.
Delivers individual or group presentations to potential members.
Recruit volunteers/contractors locally to support events
Address service issues in a timely manner
Educate potential members on benefit of MHBP plans through appointments scheduled through our website
Visit benefit officers to gain access to members
