We are currently looking to hire a Principal researcher/Principal Engineer with experience in conducting ground breaking research and developing products using AI and Machine Learning technologies applied to the smart home and connectivity (WiFi) domains.
Experience as teach lead and mentoring a technical team required.

Tech lead for a team responsible for the computer vision and IoT related projects for digital home applications.Develops and drives the technology strategy and roadmap and represents the area within and outside of the company.Develops new algorithmic solution and works with the product team to determine technical requirements of custom designs for future products and applications.Conducts research in one or more of the following areas: (1) Deep Learning/Machine Learning (2) Embedded Computing (3) Computer Vision and Video Analytics and (4) WiFi network modelling, optimization, localization/radio resource management.Works with Product Managers and Business Partners to develop prototypes that demonstrate Research work, help with Product Discovery and integrate research output into engineering code base.Works with various team members both within and outside Research. Ensures timely progress of work. Conducts Research in an incremental manner thereby enabling faster integration of technology into products. Able to evaluate prototype systems, write technical papers, and help with technology transfer.Keeps track of developments in field both in academia and in industry. Master's Degree or Equivalent
Field of Study:
Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or Statistics Certifications Years of Experience. Generally requires 8-11 years related experience.
You have a strong programming and software development background in C/C++ and experience with Computer Vision
You have a strong background in Computer Vision, with familiarity in C/C++, Python, deep learning frameworks (Keras, Tensor Flow, PyTorch, Caffe), and edge or cloud based computing.
You have a strong background in Machine Learning and deep learning in the area of WiFi network modelling, optimization, localization/radio resource management.
