Job Responsibilities

Articulate and build out the technology roadmap for our US Residential Broadband business area to align with their business strategy. That is what we're looking for in an experienced Senior Director Residential Satellite Services to take our already leading technology team to the next level. That's where you come in!

As the Transformative Leader of our US Residential Broadband technology, you will identify the appropriate people, technology, tools, and insights necessary to build an agile and efficient organization, that can keep pace with the evolving needs of our growing business. This is a high-impact position, where you will be a key leader to innovate on technology and operations to drive an amazing technical roadmap and strategy! Drive efficiencies - You will identify opportunities within the organization to drive efficiency gains and will be tasked with identifying the right technology, people, systems, and processes to do so.


  • A Seasoned Technology Leader: Experience leading technology efforts of cross functional teams in high growth organizations, preferably in a subscription-based or service-oriented industry. You have transformed product design and development into a high performing team through identifying the right technology and systems.
  • Passionate about Customer Experience: You have leveraged technology, implemented innovative ideas, and built the necessary workflows and user journey maps to ensure that customers consistently have a delightful experience each & every time they interact with your service.
  • A Collaborative Business Partner: You don't need a huge team to get things done, but know how to leverage the players you have in an agile and nimble environment. You work seamlessly cross-functionally and easily comprehend how other functions of the business can impact your organization. You recognize the necessity of being able to drive results through others and build the necessary relationships to do so.
  • Analytically minded: You have a strong bias towards data driven decision making and have a proven experience leveraging advanced customer metrics & insights to drive your business forward.
  • A Hands-on Leader: You have a strategic mindset, but are also known as someone who can roll up their sleeves to tactically execute. You can work in whitespace, and build from scratch. You have excellent change management skills and consistently get the best of people. You possess a genuine desire to build meaningful programs (i.e.: rewards & recognition & career pathing) to engage your employee base and create an environment where people are energized, motivated, & want to grow their careers.

  • 10+ years relevant experience as it applies to above characteristics
  • Experience supporting global customer base and leading global teams
  • Experience in BSS/OSS for telecommunication companies
  • Bachelor's Degree in a technical field
  • Up to 10% Travel

  • MBA or Master's Degree
  • Internet customer commerce experience
  • Both business and technical experience to influence
