Insignia Technology Services has an immediate opening for an Application Analyst to join our remote team. In this position, you will gather data regarding performance, cost, and compatibility attributes of commercial off-the-shelf software and development applications.As an Application Analyst, you willcollect and analyze data for software process evaluation and improvements and integrate them into business processes to address the needs of the customer. This position will collaborate with management and other professionals on the team as well as government resources.
  • Build baselines, alerts, dashboards and data trend analysis in a monitoring tool
  • Participate in requirements gathering for large scale IT projects
  • Detect problems with software applications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math,or technical discipline is required;Eight (8) years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education
  • Experience in the study of application and the consumption of system resources
  • Minimum of one(1) yearof hands-on experience working on performance monitoring gathering data
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Low-Risk Background Clearance National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI)
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the US
  • Experience with AppDynamics
  • Active Low-Risk Background Clearance National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) or equivalent
  • Prior work experience with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA)
