Wells Fargo Asset Management Luxembourg (WFAML) has an exciting opportunity for an experienced bilingual administrative assistant to join the team based in the Paris office.
The Marketing and Administrative Assistant will be responsible for performing both marketing and administrative tasks and will support the WFAML Paris team. Activities mostly include, but are not limited to:
Provides support to the sales team located in Paris
Assists in the organization of customer events and meetings
Prepares formats and prints presentations
Translates marketing documents (e.g. newsletters etc.) in French or English
Coordinates team schedule, mainly for customer meetings and conferences preparation
Books conference calls, meeting rooms, travels, hotels and taxis
Manages travel expenses in Concur
Manages day-to-day office administration:
Manages office supplies order
Schedules all deliveries with DHL locally and internationally
Liaises with IT/support teams for IT equipment / software / phone / printer / badge related requests
Performs general administrative tasks involving filing, archiving, scanning, printing and binding documents
Co-ordinates firm-wide compliant materials
Assists with the preparation of PowerPoint presentation slides and other materials to enable the distribution process works very closely with investment teams, performance and portfolio analytics teams in developing and producing materials
Interest in developing a strong understanding of industry wide compliance and regulatory requirements which will be leveraged within the role.
Market Skills and Certifications
Skills & Requirements:
Fluent in English and in French essential
Undergraduate Degree or equivalent experience as office clerk, bilingual secretary or administrative assistant
Experience in Office Administration
Capacity to meet deadlines and multi-task
Communication and interpersonal skills
Organizational skills with strong attention to detail & accuracy skills
Advanced levels of computer proficiency: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Basic understanding of Investment industry terminology ideal.
