The Income Collections Department within WIM Trust Services Group is seeking a team member with strong communication and customer service and resolution skills to support the team's daily income processing requirements. This individual will possess a willingness to learn new skills to advance in their career and proven ability to build strong partnerships with our supporting lines of business. The successful candidate will have an excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Responsibilities:
Performs a variety of operational tasks for highly complex securities or cash related transactions or processes that require expert knowledge of unit functions and systems, become "subject matter expert" for all income processing
Support all transaction and reconciliation processing for CMO Pool income - Including knowledge of all impacted applications
Support all transaction of Treasury income processing - Including knowledge of all impacted applications and EOD reconciliations
Support all aspects of physically held bond/private placement income processing - Including knowledge of all impacted applications, EOD balancing and missing payment escalation and resolution.
Oversee and ensure timely resolution of client inquiries related to CMO/Pools, and physically held bond income processing
Calculates payment amounts by using factors and rates obtained from various data sources
Determines account entitlement for upcoming income payment events through system routines and reports
Create department level reporting using multiple sources
Oversee team's reported Frontier Cash and Position differences to ensure department meets their reporting and resolution requirements
Support department end of day balancing activities, including DTC Net Settlement and all DDA and G/L account reconciliations
Support department's incoming email and phone inquiry management processing with expectation of role being first point of contact for research and resolution
Support our EGS partners with CMO income processing questions and difference resolution
Provide quality control oversight to ensure procedures and controls are consistently followed
Acts as liaison between supporting lines of business and financial institutions in support of income entitlements and payment resolutions
Researches and reconcile operating/suspense account differences
Processes formal claims for entitled funds not received by Wells Fargo Bank
Validates and pays income claims issued against Wells Fargo Bank
Coordinates situations involving multiple departments relating to core responsibilities

4+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: customer service, operations, financial services, accounting, business processing, analytical, financial, clerical, or call center
Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Effective organizational, multi tasking, and prioritizing skills
Ability to work independently, proactively, innovatively, and creatively while exercising sound judgment
Solid problem solving skills
Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
Exposure to Wells Fargo SEI Trust 3000 Wells Fargo Trust Accounting system of record
Experience in gathering, analyzing and interpreting large datasets
Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment
Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment
Knowledge and understanding of securities industry and securities processing/operations
