The Wells Fargo Auto Loan Administration Manager 2 is responsible for the overall loan processing operations within the site; oversees Loan Document Specialist teams and works with the Operations Management Team to define and enforce Operations policy and procedures. Responsibilities include:
Establishes goals and develops implementation plans to ensure goals are enforced and met while maintaining satisfactory ratings on all audits
Completes self-audits on files and edit critical items
Ensures compliance of Wells Fargo Auto policies and procedures as well as state and federal regulations
Routes and communicates policy and procedure changes to team members
Complies with service level agreements for processing of prime, non-prime and National Account contracts
Evaluates and enhances workflow to ensure the department is adhering to the standard funding process
Develops relationships and interacts professionally with customers, dealers, state title clerks and other vendors to obtain information and resolve issues
Responsible for fraud management and reviews all documents including applications, booksheets and stipulations for potential fraud
Communicates suspected fraud and/or discrepancies to the Management team
Manages and controls operating expenses
Ensures funded files are completed and shipped to the Records Department within five (5) business days
Manages the loan processing operations within the site
Ensures all Loan Document Specialists are trained to perform job functions through both on the job training and formal training classes
Communicates information through weekly team meetings
Establishes and maintains effective, professional relationships with all levels of management to ensure productive and successful operations
Hires, trains, rewards and focuses on team member succession planning and team development
Prepares development plans and administers coaching, disciplinary actions, and terminations as needed
Effectively communicates corporate and department objectives on a regular basis
Motivates and creates a positive working environment to achieve productivity and performance standards
May be required to fund as needed

5+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: customer service, loan administration, collections, or sales environment
1+ year of management experience
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
Strong analytical skills including the ability to analyze financial metrics
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to interact with all levels of an organization
A BS/BA degree or higher
5+ years of loan processing experience, loan funding experience, or a combination of both
5+ years of supervisory or management experience
5+ years of team or workforce management experience
Ability to exercise independent judgment to identify and resolve problems
Ability to motivate staff to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment
Knowledge and understanding of funding procedures
Outstanding problem solving and decision making skills
Leadership experience including; coaching, training, and mentoring
Leadership experience with ability to effectively manage and engage teams
Knowledge and understanding of auto policies and procedures
