This Business Support Consultant role within the Wells Fargo Auto Change Delivery - Change Process team, will support the design, documentation and deployment of net-new processes for how Auto manages and consumes change, tracks activities and monitors success metrics across different functions.
In supporting and improving effective change management within Auto, the key responsibilities of the Business Support Consultant include:
• Track change management activities across WF Auto
• Establish change methodology, tools and effectiveness measures for change management activities
• Develop a comprehensive change protocol in alignment with Agile sprints that will share deliverables, effectiveness, performance improvements, adherence to plan, change readiness, adherence to timelines and speed of execution
• Report out on Change Key Performance Indicator (KPI) measures and benefit realization of Return on Investment
• Produce qualitative post implementation summaries for completed work
• Understand and connect the linkages between Waterfall and Agile efforts to ensure alignment with strategic vision
• Partner with business units and key partners to ensure translation and assessment of technology, systems, applications, project and change initiative impacts into line of business, team member and leader impact
• Assist in identifying opportunities and making recommendations to simplify, bundle, and adjust cadence of change delivery such that team member capacity is considered and supports successful adoption of change the first time
• Ensure sustainability of change through monitoring and reporting
• Partner with systems and process owners to develop, augment and inform data sourcing to support reporting capabilities necessary to support effective change and capacity management
• Provide ongoing feedback for process improvement

Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: administrative support, project management, implementation, business operations or strategic planning demonstrated through work or military experience


Other Desired Qualifications
• Experience identifying key issues, involving stakeholders, designing solutions, obtaining buy-in, and communicating effectively through resolution
• Ability to leverage reporting for analysis to interpret key trends and outliers, deliver summaries, insights and recommendations, and communicate "the story" in a compelling and easy-to-understand way
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
• Ability to interpret a situation and determine logical next steps
• Prior measurement, reporting and analysis experience with the ability to synthesize multiple data sources
• Familiarity with JIRA and/or SharePoint site development
• Change management, capacity and/or change process experience
• Ability to take a large aggregate of information, synthesize for trends and outliers and simplify in a recommendation for leadership
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
• Outstanding problem solving skills
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint)
• Experience with process development and/or management (BPM)
• Auto experience or experience from a role supporting auto team members and/or processes
• Familiarity with auto systems, processes, policies and procedures

Job Expectations
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time


Salary Information
The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.

NC-Raleigh: Min: $78,100 Mid: $110,000
MN-Minneapolis: Min: $78,100 Mid: $110,000
TX-Irving: Min: $78,100 Mid: $110,000
