The purpose of the Systems Support Analyst 2 role is to support the critical facilities in data entry of work and change requests documentation for audit and reviews through our governance team and other efforts as assigned.
The key job responsibilities of the Systems Support Analyst 2 will be to:
  • Provide data entry for the CMMS program for Wells Fargo licensed users.
  • Evaluate, edit and perform data transfer from systems of record as required for change management within the specified time frame ensuring 100% accuracy with the focus on zero arbitrations.
  • Maintain communication between team members to ensure all parties are notified of change request status.
  • Update change request status in CMMS program as change request are approved in system of record notifying the field teams of all approvals prior to the start of the work window.
  • Close all change requests in systems of record within specified timeframe.
  • Audit and maintain all engineering related data within systems of record for all sites within assigned region including positions and responders, site classifications, assets and status of all Change Requests and Incident Reports ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Analyze assets and predict maintenance requirements with CMMS manager.
  • Provide required training for systems of record users as necessary.
  • Provide audit support of critical equipment required maintenance activities and any other internal/external Audit requests.
  • Provide ad hoc reports on all information available within systems of record for each site within assigned region.
  • Monitor and manage problem tickets assigned for designated region.
  • Monitor building work order process and new service requests, ensuring all work orders/requests are completed and closed within a timely manner.
  • Assist building operating managers with space management opportunities, including assistance with Tririga.
  • Develop maintenance strategies with local Regional Maintenance Managers and Business Initiatives Managers.
  • Coordinate and manage Critical Facilities Master Site Activity Tracker.
  • Provide support and PTO coverage for fellow SSA team as requested by leadership.

Required Qualifications
  • 1+ year of systems support analysis experience

  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills

  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills

Other Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in Wells Fargo systems of record is a plus
  • Experience in critical equipment (UPS, Generators, HVAC and electrical distribution)
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience in data analysis and/or data managemen
  • Experience in data entry management and related computer software
