You'll help create a competitive advantage for Mondelēz International by building winning supplier partnerships and effectively managing all company resources. Working with the businesses, you and your team will drive sustainable top and bottom-line growth through supplier innovation, best-in-class margin and cash management, and highly efficient source-to-pay processes.
This role liaises with internal stakeholders who are involved in the development of innovation and new products and with our external partners to ensure that Mondelēz International can fully leverage external capabilities when developing new consumer-focused technology and product solutions. The role has a regional scope and translates brand growth strategies, consumer insights, and technology requirements into a brief that allows suppliers to match it with the best externally offered solutions.
Understands the Business Unit innovation needs and matches these with a deep knowledge of supplier industry capabilities to influence and co-develop the Business Unit growth plans
Channels ideas, know-how and resources made available by external partners to create business or product solutions for the Region
Acts as the primary procurement interface for all Business Unit led product and innovation; relays and hands over work to the Spend Areas as projects move from idea to execution
Adds commercial perspective (cost, supply, alternatives, etc.) to all Business Unit innovation projects
Understands the external landscape and technologies and scouts solutions ahead of time
Leverages the Innovation playbook, ways of working and recommendation established by Global Innovation Lead
Bachelor's Degree Required
Project Management, Stakeholder Management
Business acumen - delivering margin and consumer value.
Minimum 6 years in Procurement, RDQI or Marketing (Broader Supply Chain experience is a plus)
Managing indirect/multicultural teams
Business Case Development
Contract development and Intellectual property management.
Strong PowerPoint Skills
