Job Description As a Clinical Programs Nurse on the Healthcare Informatics team you will be a leader and subject matter expert for multidisciplinary endeavors to develop, maintain, evaluate and update the care management program processes and materials. You will collaborate with Product Development, IT, Analytics, Implementation and clinical departments on projects to achieve company objectives and goals. The Clinical Programs Nurse must have excellent written and verbal skills plus advanced computer skills in order to interact with key stakeholders.

Additional responsibilities include:
* Utilizes clinical knowledge and research skills as a subject matter expert for annual ad hoc program development and evaluation processes; researching, recommending, creating, and implementing program enhancements * Leads or participates on work teams and/or committees related to program development, improvement initiatives and metric development * Performs analysis of clinical business needs and workflow processes * Develops user requirements for system enhancements and maintenance of clinical content * Consults with end users to make recommendations/implementation changes that maximizes the functionality of the EHR * Creates educational materials related to program content updates and presents to clinical staff * Performs user acceptance testing as needed * Works closely with clinical staff, Department Leadership, Medical Director, Quality, Education, IT Data Team, and EHR Development Team to clarify needs and prioritize requests for EHR enhancements

Required Qualifications * Registered Nurse with current unrestricted license in state of residence * Minimum of 5 years recent clinical or related experience * Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook and Word * EPIC software experience * Excellent grammar, editing and proofreading skills
Preferred Qualifications * Ability work in a fast paced environment prioritizing project demands * Ability to work collaboratively with others and lead teams * Ability to adapt to change, perform critical analysis, plan, organize and evaluate effectively * Strong presentation skills * Self-motivated and able to follow-up as well as take initiative
Education Bachelors degree in Nursing or health related field
