Job Description
This role will be responsible for directly interfacing with the SCCM, Packaging and Application / Business teams to collect and analyze requirements as they pertain to the packaging of software and planning of deployments. You will also be responsible for coordinating and tracking UAT test and test results. This role is essential to ensuring that both small and large scale application deployments happen efficiently while meeting required expectations.

* Serve as key liaison to departments requesting packages or deployments
* Collaborate with departments to identify and document package or deployment requirements
* Plan, elicit, capture and analyze results from User Acceptance Testing for deployments and patching
* Facilitate requirements elicitation sessions with business and deployment resources
* Answer questions and clarify requirements for projects estimates
* Analyze data from multiple sources to build out deployment target lists
* Work with the Internal Communications team to communicate changes to end uses / application teams.
* Become deeply immersed and knowledgeable about core business functions, processes and workflows associated with assigned business areas and projects
* Understand core systems, applications and technical platforms
* Evolve into a subject-matter expert who can easily liaise between IT and other departments
* Perform other duties as required or assigned

Required Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience with Windows10
* 1+ years of experience with Tier 2 support
* 1+ years of experience performing data analysis

Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with Windows 10 operating system
* Experience writing MS SQL queries
* Mac OS experience
* Experience working with SCCM Current Branch
* Experience working with ConfigMan reports
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Strong Office skills (excel formulas, access databases)
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Demonstrated project management experience including large scale and enterprise wide deployments
* Excellent interpersonal skills, including teamwork and negotiation

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
