Job Description Join the Coram CVS/specialty infusion services team as a Nursing Supervisor leading a team of Nurse Case Managers in a growing and challenging sector of healthcare and practice in a specialty area of nursing, home infusion. Working for an industry leader and the largest home infusion organization you play an integral role in delivering high-quality patient care. Key responsibilities * Support and mentor nurses working in the field visiting patients in their homes. * Oversight of nurse case manager's development and evaluation of patient plans of care through supervisory visits as well as assessment of documentation. * Ensure the nurse case managers successfully communicate all clinical issues to the appropriate healthcare team members and monitors compliance to ensure timely completion of nursing-related documentation and plan of treatment orders. * Collaborate with pharmacy staff to develop, monitor and evaluate goals of patient therapy. Provide clinical support to the sales team as needed as it pertains to the production of new clinical programs and/or marketing activities to physicians, nursing agencies, and referral sources. * Provide nursing care and services in accordance with company policies and procedures. Participate in on call as indicated by staffing and business needs.
Required Qualifications RN Diploma, Associates or Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or school of nursing. Minimum two years of IV-related experience with one year of charge or supervisory responsibilities. Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in appropriate state of practice is required; additional licensure may be required in multi state service areas. Valid and current driver's license and auto insurance. Current CPR certification. CRNI preferred. Excellent customer service skills. Strong verbal and written communications skills. Basic computer skills.
