Position Summary :
We are seeking a Pharmacy Technicians in our Specialty Pharmacy with positive, energetic and inspirational Leadership skills to support the growth of our Specialty Pharmacy services Team at 9310 South Park Center Loop in Orlando, Florida.

As the Specialty Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for the direct, daily supervision of Customer (Pharmacy) Service Representatives (PSRs) and Pharmacy Technicians providing compliance with all medications dispensed by CVS Caremark Specialty Pharmacy Network. You would oversee your team's activities, specifically those outlined in reporting employee duties and responsibilities. Critical responsibilities include participation in the hiring process, provision of guidance and direction to staff, schedule preparation and management, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures, staff training, problem solving and follow-up, performance monitoring and evaluation, including corrective action, and data gathering and report preparation. You must possess strong interpersonal, conflict management, negotiation skills, and the ability to build strong business relationship with other functional areas to best support mutual objectives. The ability to communicate at all organizational levels through the CVS/Caremark enterprise is critical to the success of the overall operation. Required Qualifications
1 year of previous Team Lead or Supervisor experience

Preferred Qualifications
Candidate must have a Florida Pharmacy Technician license or must be in the process of acquiring one.
2 years of previous Team Lead, Supervisory and Management experience high desired.
Knowledge of Health insurance, medical and pharmacy terminology, prescription fulfillment equipment, methods, risks and opportunities highly preferred.
Prior call center experience in a healthcare environment.
Bachelor's Degree highly preferred.
Proficient computer skills with Windows working knowledge required
Proficient in Microsoft Excel required.
Ability to work extended hours as business needs require

Education
:
Verifiable High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
College diploma/degree preferred.
