Job Description
As the Talent Acquisition Partner for the PBM and LTC Talent Acquisition team, you will serve as a talent advisor to the business by developing and executing a comprehensive recruitment strategy after fully understanding the needs of the hiring leaders. You will also develop strong relationships with Hiring Leaders, HRBPs, and Talent Acquisition colleagues to deliver high quality proactive recruitment resulting in adding talent to CVS Health.

With a focus on delivering an outstanding candidate and hiring leader experience, you will serve as a talent advisor to the business by developing and executing a comprehensive, proactive recruitment strategy, reviewing applicants, selecting candidates for interviews, managing the offer process and ensuring high quality hiring within established time frame. You will create and execute on a sourcing strategy with the internal customer that includes timelines and deliverable's, and you will be knowledgeable in innovative sourcing practices and tools ensuring an adequate pipeline of qualified diverse candidates.

You will act as a business leader who has a specialty in recruitment, communicating to candidates and hiring leaders with knowledge about CVS Health, benefits and the business. You must understand and strive to exceed metrics on all levels - candidate survey, hiring leader survey, time to fill, etc.

To be successful in the role, you must have developed negotiation, client management, and influential skills. Exceptional organizational and time management skills will ensure your timely and proactive follow up on all priorities for the role. You must use the highest level of confidentiality and demonstrated ability to maintain sensitive information in all sensitive business matters. You must have the ability to quickly grasp and understand the business units you will support.

This role can work remotely or out of a CVS Health or Aetna hub.

Required Qualifications
* 5+ years of recruiting and sourcing experience, within a complex, matrixed corporation, with a proven track record of delivering high impact recruiting solutions at an accelerated pace with exceptional evidence of client collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications
* Candidates with internal CVS Health/Aetna recruiting experience will be given preference.

Education
* Level of knowledge equivalent to that ordinarily obtained by a Bachelors Degree in Human Resource, Business, Organizational Development or similar discipline.
