Helm is seeking a professional Executive Assistant to be responsible for keeping official records and execute administrative duties, including but not limited to Executive Leadership support and facilities maintenance. This individual would manage Executive calendars, organize Corporate events, be responsible for the maintenance of Corporate contracts, as well as be responsible for the reconciliation of corporate credit cards, among other things. Ideally, this person would be an experienced Assistant looking for that step in their career to assist Executive Leadership in their day to day and handle special projects as necessary.

Education/Experience: Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. Minimum of five years experience in Executive Administrative capacity.
