We are looking for a professional to lead the managing, implementing, training and deployment of our Electronic Medical Records system within the Hospital and Clinics. A successful candidate will be able to work independently with various Hospital Departments and outside vendors to identify operational business requirements and then propose those needs to the CIO/CFO. The role will be responsible for integrating clinical systems into business operations, proposing and identifying workflow/gap analysis solutions between business and systems functionality. The position will lead independent initiatives from information gathering and analysis, documentation and the presentation of findings to successful implementation and ongoing support.
After implementation, this role will be responsible for the upkeep of the program, training new staff, re-training as necessary, implementing new features and software upgrades.
·3+ years of experience with implementing Hospital Information Systems (i.e. EPIC, CERNER). Sigmund/Aura experience a plus
