Program Analyst (DC)

Type: Full Time

Location: Washington DC

Reports To: ARMADA HQ

Security Clearance Required:  Active Top Secret

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist with qualitative and quantitative analytical skills to assess and develop data for daily reports, weekly statics, monthly employee reports, and other required reports.
  • Maintain a security clearance intake automated files for organization and management of multiple simultaneous case files for tracking distribution of background initiation paperwork, collection, and tracking of Certification and Signature pages, and monitoring case completion in adherence with agency deadlines.
  • Assist in processing, reviewing, and tracking personnel security documents and forms to ensure that all are submitted accurately and in a timely basis.
  • Assist in the management of automated contractor data base (keying data, running reports, etc.) and email management.
  • Provide general administrative support to assigned security staff.
  • Coordinate and consolidate status report information.
  • Assist in the creation of reports, metrics and tracking mechanism and provide analysis to relevant stakeholders.
  • Participate in assigned projects to recommend and implement process improvements.
  • Provide technical writing and editing skills for documents and reports.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):

  • Extensive knowledge of analytical techniques, experience gathering and analyzing data to solve complex problems and/or produce finished reports.
  • Ability to plan and carry our complex projects to completion.
  • Extensive knowledge of subject matter concepts, practices, and procedures.

Minimum Experience:

  • 4 years of experience in a security related field

Minimum Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or 8 years of experience in a security related field)
