Concordance Healthcare Solutions has a job opening for a full-time Picking Clerk/Checker in our Kalamazoo, MI location . A Picking Clerk/Checker is responsible for locating and picking merchandise from picking documents and voice pick system. The afternoon shift is from 12:00pm- 8:30pm. Some holidays and overtime, as needed.
What You Will Do:
In addition to locating and picking merchandise from picking documents, also responsible for properly picking product, pre-counting product, replenishment, and general housekeeping of the area and any other duties required in completing the order fulfillment of our customers.
Reports inventory discrepancies and shortages to supervisor, researches as needed to locate short product and maintain high fill rate.
Works proactively to foster and maintain a positive team oriented atmosphere at all times.
Must be able to work effectively with all internal departments and customers.
Other duties as assigned.

Able to work in fast paced environment
Must be able to perform all physical motions necessary to perform job, including bending, reaching, stretching, standing or walking for long periods and for entire shift, often over 8hrs/shift, and lifting/carrying/pushing/moving as much as 50 pounds (or more) repeatedly throughout the shift. With or without reasonable accommodation.
Able to work with minimal supervision
Able to operate or willing to learn to operate end riders and powered industrial trucks, including reach trucks
Excellent previous attendance history
Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
