Parsons Cyber is seeking a Product Support Manager to join a large, complex cyber program.
The Product Support Manager is responsible for operation, sustainment and maintenance of Computer Servers, Computer Workstations, Storage Arrays, Operating systems, Networking equipment, Virtualization environments, Enterprise Services and Application Software for a DoD Defensive Cyber Operations and Analysis program.

The Product Support Manager performs the following duties related to the project.
Manages the operation, sustainment and maintenance of Computer, Networking and Software systems supporting a Defensive Cyberspace Operations mission.
Collaborates with leadership including Program Manager, Lead Engineer, and Information Assurance Specialist.
Provides Tier 1 - 3 Service Desk operations for a user population of >1500
Performs Incident and Problem Management.
Performs System Maintenance, Equipment Installation, Software Upgrade Maintenance, and Network Administration.
Maintains Configuration Management of the systems.
Maintains Enterprise Services including Persistent storage, Information search / retrieval, Big data platform analysis, Identity / access management, security event management, compliance solution assessment, internet services, application hosting, and virtualization.
Provides Field Engineering Support requiring travel to remote work sites.
Maintains sparing and supplies necessary to ensure maximum up-time.
Performs Packaging, Handling, Storage and Transportation of equipment
Maintains a Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages list.
Performs Obsolescence Monitoring and Modernization / Technical Refresh activities.
Implements Quality Assurance plan.
Schedules activities in the Integrated Master Schedule
Ensures systems are compliant with Cybersecurity requirements.
Generates status report documentation on activities
Bachelor's degree in Computing Security, Information Technology, Information Systems Management or related field
15+ years of related work experience operating, sustaining and maintaining Government Defensive Cyber Operations Computer, Network and Software Systems.
Experience providing tier 1 - 3 support services for Defensive Cyber Operations tools and Computer, Network, and Software systems
Experience with Agile development practices
Experience automating the deployment of software build products through implementing DevOps and DevSecOps methodologies
US Citizen with active TS/SCI level security clearance by the U.S. Government.
Must be eligible to obtain and maintain, or currently possess Top Secret SCI clearance.
