Come join us and help shape the future!   WSP is currently initiating a search for an Engineer I for our Philadelphia, PA  office.   Duties and Responsibilities include assisting experienced engineers with:
  • Roadway alignments and modeling
  • Plans preparation
  • Quantity calculations and cost estimates
  • Specification writing
  • Drainage and stormwater management design
  • Assistance with proposal preparation

  • BS in Civil Engineering
  • 1+ years of experience with transportation projects
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct and adhere to WSP’s Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures
  • Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP’s health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies
Preferred Qualifications:
  • EIT certification
  • Knowledge of MicroStation/InRoads
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD/Civil 3D
  • Knowledge of AASHTO Green Book and PennDOT DM-2
  • Familiarity with PennDOT/PTC/SEPTA/Amtrak project procedures
