Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following; other duties may be assigned:

  • Reviews all applicable client systems to obtain loan information and documentation for processing.
  • Interacts with municipalities, mortgage servicers, and property registration departments to ensure compliance using verbal and written communication.
  • Completes all assigned tasks in the Bron registration system on within established time frame.
  • Follows up on all outstanding requests and telephone calls from internal and external customers.
  • Requests and reviews documentation to prove validity of transfer when required.
  • Performs data entry competently.
  • Reports issues and findings to supervision when needed.
  • Performs research on property address, vesting information, and city/county requirements.
  • Assists other Bron associates as required.
  • Maintains utility accounts and monitors code violations on behalf of clients.



  • Knowledge of the mortgage industry, municipalities, mortgage servicing, property registration, loan documents and/or experience reviewing loan documentation is preferred but not required.
  • Microsoft Office Suite experience
  • High level data entry or auditing background is preferred



  • Must complete skills assessment for consideration
