The Washington Times is seeking a Digital Advertising Operations (Ad Ops) expert to develop and implement digital communication campaigns, ongoing audience engagement outreach and system optimization strategies for The Washington Times. Digital Ad Ops Manager will result in dramatically expanding and highly engaging digital audiences and thriving The Washington Times online communities.
Strong candidates will have a proven track record of implementing comprehensive digital engagement projects for The Washington Times. Candidates will have experience facilitating discovery sessions, developing digital engagement strategies, and applying metrics and analytics. Candidates will be experts in email and social media communications, as well as community engagement and management. The ideal candidate must have a desire to be part of a data-driven media organization, client-focused, fast-paced team that loves the mission of improving the audience experience.
You appreciate data and enjoy telling stories and visualizing data.
You have experience using CRM solutions (SalesForce and Google Ad Manager preferred).
You thrive on new opportunities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a self-starter drive and delivery of project tasks and deliverables.
You are hungry and passionate, have a collaborative spirit and be committed to making a difference with communications and collaboration.
You maintain awareness and understanding of National news as well as digital communications and industry developments that apply to the position and responsibilities.
You possess superior communication (oral and written) and analytical skills
