INFICON is looking for someone who is highly organized, enjoys making complicated situations simple and painless, and is always looking for new and exciting ways to drive positive change within an organization.

In this position you will be responsible for providing unprecedented customer focus for order completion for INFICON. You will interact with customers, other customer service coordinators, production, logistics and product centers teams to communicate customer needs while coordinating business priorities.

What you will be doing:

  • Be subject matter expert on all things Customer Service, continuously challenging the norm and working to drive continuous improvements
  • Become knowledgeable of our product line, procedures, and operating system (SAP)
  • Be liaison between production, product centers and customer service representatives
  • Work is performed under limited supervision with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment
  • Be the voice of the customer through the operations process

Experience and Skills Needed:

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize conflicting needs to best serve the customer and the business needs
  • Demonstrated background in customer service and operations
  • Demonstrated experience dealing with complex issues, troubleshooting, and problem resolution
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot ALE/EDI orders
  • Exceptional writing abilities to provide clear and empathetic customer support through e-mail and over the phone
  • Must demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Requires basic software knowledge and the ability to pick up new technology quickly.
  • Experience with SAP desired but not necessary
  • Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required

Compensation will be commensurate with experience including a competitive base salary, bonus opportunity, and competitive benefits package.
