The Accreditation Services Department is looking for an Account Representative with healthcare interest/experience; compliance experience is a plus.  It requires an individual who has a strong learning and customer service orientation who possesses excellent attention to detail and analytical ability.  Most importantly, it requires someone who is willing to roll up their sleeves and participate in the day-to-day duties that keep the department and the organization moving forward.

 

The primary function of this role is to partner with and support clients through the accreditation process from application to accreditation decision and throughout the accreditation term.  Responsibilities include processing and reviewing applications for accuracy, keeping AAAHC databases updated with accurate customer information, corresponding with clients to help direct them if they require assistance with the steps and inputs to the process of achieving accreditation, reviewing accreditation survey reports to ensure appropriate interpretation and application of the accreditation standards, and collaborating with the scheduling team to ensure timely onsite survey.

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:  

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience  
  • One to two years of related work experience 
  • Strong learning orientation, attention to detail, organization and time-management skills
  • Ability to track multiple activities and meet operational productivity standards.
  • Highly organized; demonstrated effective time management skills in a fast-paced environment  
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills  
  • Good verbal and written business communication skills via all types of media to a wide variety of audiences Microsoft Office Proficient (i.e., WORD, Excel, PowerPoint)
