In this role you will:

  • Develop FPGA components using VHDL, Verilog, simulation tools, Object-oriented verification languages, and Xilinx/Intel/Microsemi design tools.
  • Work in an Embedded C software development and Linux environment using such tools as: Xilinx/Intel/Microsemi design tools, FPGAs, REL coding, VHDL, Verilog
  • Lead peer reviews, provide technical management using project management best practices, and lead a small team of contractor technical personnel
  • Apply sound planning, analysis, and programming and coding practices

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering from an accredited college or university is required.
  • Seven (7) years experience as a hardware design engineer in integrated circuit or microelectronic component design or reverse engineering
  • ACTIVE TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance

Desired / Preferred Qualifications:

  • Embedded FPGA (eFPGA) (ex Flex Logix EFLEX or Acronix Speedcore)
  • Embedded processors (ex Zynq or Microblaze or RISC)
  • Use of IP cores FPGA designs
  • ASIC or FPGA simulation tools
  • ASIC or FPGA synthesis tools
  • ASIC Static Timing Analysis

Must be eligible to obtain and maintain, or currently possess Top Secret SCI Poly clearance.
