Job Description: 

· Provide projects and program analytical support.  

· Assist in the development of project plans, evaluation of project schedules, and tracking/reviewing of project data deliverables.  

· Assist with development of program planning and control documents by organizing and tracking critical Navy correspondence.  

· Assist with developing and maintaining various reporting/tracking databases, tracking spreadsheets, and recommending associated process improvements.  

· Participate in associated meetings, coordinate and support meetings, support development of presentations/briefings, prepare meeting minutes. 


Essential Duties/Responsibilities: 

Support may include configuration management and lifecycle management processes, documentation and execution supporting records. Provide document development assistance to include instructions, policy memos, process flow-charts and diagrams, desk guides and plans, standard operating procedures, instructional materials and media, and status metrics.

Minimum Qualifications:  

  • BS/BA degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or related field. 
  • Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance level Secret.  

  

Preferred:  

  • Active security clearance level Secret.

Security Clearance: Secret
Applicants must have an active security clearance and/or the ability to obtain and maintain a US government security clearance. Selected candidates will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements to obtain a DoD government-granted security clearance. Individuals will be subject to a background investigation to include but not limited to, criminal history, employment and education verification, drug testing, and creditworthiness.
