Come join us and help shape the future!   WSP is currently initiating a search for a Construction Office Coordinator for our WSP Buffalo, NY office and working out of our Pine City, NY field office.   Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for RFI tracking
  • Responsible for contract document review
  • Basic scheduling techniques will be applied for schedule review
  • Responsible for payment review and preparation
  • Assist with multiple projects throughout the Southern Tier at DOCCS, DMNA, DOT and DEC facilities.

  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum of 3 years experience on smaller projects valued above $1M
  • Proficient in basic computer skills utilizing Windows/Outlook/Word/Excel and scheduling applications
  • Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct and adhere to WSP’s Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures
  • Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP’s health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies
  Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Submittal Exchange and Bluebeam
  • Experience with on-site construction inspections
  • Bachelor of Science degree
  • OSH 10 Hour training
  • EIT
