The Senior Global Investor Analyst is a key member of the New York based Global Client Care team. The Analyst will contribute to the team's overall success of advancing objectives towards achieving target client outcomes. A critical metric of success in the role will be the Analyst's ability to communicate, connect and collaborate across the Global Client Care team.
These responsibilities include but are not limited to collecting and analyzing multi-faceted business data sets, drafting investor presentations and aligning with strategic global investor assignments. A candidate possessing a high-degree of curiosity, problem solving skills and the ability to connect the dots on new opportunities will thrive in the role.

Skills: Foundation and grasp of investment commercial real estate ("CRE")

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent from four-year college or university plus a minimum of 3-5 years related work experience to include budgeting, finance and or business analytics; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Account servicing experience in professional services and/or investment commercial real estate experience, a distinct advantage.

Requires knowledge of investment commercial real estate business, financial principals, and client terms. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages and metrics.
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents and macro situations. Ability to solve problems with logic involving several options in situations. Requires analytical and quantitative skills rooted by rational thinking to understand patterns and trends.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Usage of Excel formulas, pivot tables and transforming data sets to charts. Aptitude to comprehend working knowledge and experience in CRM software. Salesforce experience is a plus.
