Come join us and help shape the future!   WSP is currently initiating a search for a Rail Systems Program Manager for our Boston, MA office.   Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manager on large PM/CM program involving PTC, ATC, fiber resiliency and other rail projects
  • Develop task orders proposals for the PM/CM program
  • Manage task orders and interact with client, task leads and subconsultants
  • PM/CM progress reporting
  • Manage program task scopes budgets and schedules
  • Attending project meetings and field visits where required
  • Utilize strong communication skills both written and oral

  • Minimum 20 years of railroad and/or transit industry systems engineering experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering required
  • Project management experience
  • Rail and Transit experience, preference to candidate with MBTA experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
  • Proficiency with MS Office software
Preferred Qualifications
  • Professional registration
  • PMP certification
