Be involved in projects with our Transit and Rail Team and be a part of a growing organization that meets our client’s objectives and solves their challenges.   Our Minneapolis, MN office is seeking an Engineer I to support our Transit & Rail team. This candidate should be enthusiastic, proactive, energetic, self-motivated, and willing to learn. This candidate will be responsible for assisting technical staff in day-to-day project duties. Come join us and help shape the future!   WSP is currently initiating a search for an Engineer I for our Minneapolis, MN office.   Duties and Responsibilities:
  • General engineering design and support
  • CADD drafting
  • Assisting with preparation of project specifications and calculations
  • Reviewing drawings and project documents for quality
  • Preparation of project reports

  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related discipline
  • Must possess an interest in transit & rail related projects and systems
  • Must be flexible to participate in field inspection work
  • Proficiency with MS Office software
  • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
  Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proficiency with CADD software, Microstation or AutoCad preferred
